Describe your job story:
I am in the Natl. Guard and I was out of work for a few months. I received
a phone call about attending a one (1) week paid training session and of course i went since it was paying. While i was there i did a major amount of net working and was able to receive a two month temp position. After working hard in my two month temp position about a week before my last day the brought me in and said the noticed how well I had worked in mu position and offered me the opportunity to run the YR Program for the state of Georgia

What did you want to be when you were a child/ teenager?
As a child I had this dream of being a designer. I never actually saw myself in the military. But the older i got the more i realized i had a passion for a few other things versus the design field.

Are doing your dream job?
No im not doing my dream job but I am helping people and that is what I love.

What do you like MOST about what you do? What do you like the LEAST?
What I like the most is the immediate positive affect that my program has on service members their families and friends. We bring them together to have an opportunity to discuss and/or resolve issues that could arise before or after deployment. What I like the least is the effect that government funding has on the program. If the funds are not there then we are not able to provide the level of assistance that we would like to.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
In the next five years I see myself owning my own Corporate Event Panning business obtaining my license to minister and sharing the many gifts that God has placed inside of me with others.

Are you happy with where you are in life? Yes I am happy but never comfortable. I always have this expectation that God is going to do something else.

What more do you want to do with your life?
I definitely want to have children and take more time to mentor young women who may not be sure what they want to do. Just help give them a little guidance

What drives/motivates you?
God is my biggest motivator. The gifts He has given me I feel i just cant let them go to waste. I want to leave a mark in this world for my future children and my family to be proud of.

What else do you do?
I also sing with a gospel group have a home based business and i really enjoy cooking!

What is your advice to those who are seeking employment and have no hope?
I advice is as your seeking employment don't forget about the gifts that God has already placed with in you. There is something that you do that the worlds needs and you can create your own income with that gift. Never count yourself out!
